To place an order for contact lenses, please e-mail us at acuityeyecenter1@qwestoffice.net with your name, billing address, and phone number, how many boxes you would like to order, your credit card number with the expiration date and security code and we will call and/or e-mail you to confirm your order when it has been placed! If you would like us to ship the contact lenses directly to your home there is a $7.00 shipping fee or you can stop by our office to pick them up when they are here!
